LOGISTIC SPECIALIST

Job Description:

 

 

We are looking for a team member for our organization who will ensure high level of logistics and supply chain service is provided at all times. He/she will support the business through an operations mind-set in order to improve PANDORA service and manage flow of service requests to ensure logistics operations are serviced in a timely and efficient manner.

 

 

Main responsibilities:

 

 

Operational:

  • Responsible for all supply chain operations processes
  • Management of import & export related invoices
  • Informing the suppliers regarding the harmonized codes, country of origins and all other related information changes and approvals
  • Following the exporter registry forms preparations with group legal
  • Organizing all shipments in line with company requirements
  • Work in accordance with the local consultants (customs brokers, 3PL partners, etc.) in order to create/follow-up the standards, policies and procedures
  • LocaL 3PL  warehouse inbound & outbound process management
  • Cost effective and timely manner POSM store delivery process
  • Manage stock returns and reverse shipments
  • Improve logistics service quality by continuously seeking and analyzing
  • Follow up on orders /delays/ deliveries and cancellations of all business related items.
  • Preparation of importation payment processes by close communicating with shared service center and banks
  • Attendance of stores’ stocktaking processes
  • Weekly order replenishment maintenance/releases

 

Information Flow:

  • Works closely with all organization/departments constantly to improve services/dialogue provided to all PANDORA Turkey markets
  • Ensure a close and continual dialogue, solid support and service to all PANDORA Turkey business units by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism

 

Reporting:

 

  • Monitor and provide report/KPI on delivery performance
  • Continual review of shipping dates and reporting

 

Professional qualifications:

 

  • University degree
  • Min 3 years’ experience in in customer service in an international retail/distribution/logistic company
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Experience in working with IT systems (SAP, MS AX etc)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to successfully interact with colleagues and external partners to solve problems
  • Desire to provide outstanding customer service
  • Knowledge of sales monitoring
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
