Purpose of the role

Lead Pandora’s business in Turkey with full P&L accountability, uniting marketing, commercial, and operational excellence to deliver profitable growth and brand strength in a dynamic market. Drive high-ROI marketing investments, elevate the end-to-end consumer journey across stores and e-commerce, and optimize the store network and field operations to accelerate like-for-like growth and strategic expansion.

Key accountabilities

  • Define and execute a locally distinctive brand value proposition and integrated marketing plan to lift aided awareness, consideration, traffic, and conversion across digital and retail media.
  • Lead the store network and field organization end-to-end, raising retail excellence, workforce planning, service standards, and operational KPIs to improve store productivity and LFL performance.
  • Optimize the omnichannel distribution model (owned, franchise, and e-commerce), improving conversion, inventory productivity, and commercial performance through rigorous KPI governance.
  • Own budgets, forecasts, and business plans with sharp focus on marketing ROI, revenue growth, profitability, and capital allocation; report progress to the Cluster on cadence.
  • Champion digital transformation and modern marketing, using competitive insights and analytics to strengthen positioning, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Inspire, develop, and retain a high-performing team; close critical capability gaps via targeted hiring, coaching, and succession planning to build an accountable, fast-executing culture.
  • Ensure full compliance with local laws, internal policies, and ethical standards while safeguarding brand reputation and operational integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with Cluster and central functions (e.g., Milan-based leadership) to align strategy, unlock synergies, and accelerate execution.

Candidate profile

  • Background: Retail (Sporting Goods, Beauty, Jewelry preferred) or FMCG; proven experience in a prominent D2C brand with end-to-end responsibility; ideally previously Country Head/Manager with full P&L.
  • Experience: Building or scaling strong consumer brands; delivering impact with constrained budgets; leading omnichannel commercial initiatives; driving digital transformation and modern marketing.
  • People leadership: Demonstrated success in leading store networks and people, field and HQ teams, with strong engagement, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Education: Master’s degree or MBA preferred; international exposure and cross-cultural leadership; demonstrated international mobility.
  • Clear growth pathway toward General Manager or director with full P&L responsibility within approximately three years, based on performance.

Language requirements

  • Fluent Turkish and fluent English are essential requirements due to market leadership responsibilities and continuous interaction with regional and global stakeholders.
