We are currently looking for a candidate for the positions of a:

Regional Sales Manager (interim role from 01.2024 untill 10.2025)

Location: Bucharest, Romania

As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible to ensure PANDORA brand integrity within assigned territory through high standards of service, leadership, relationship management, visual merchandising and retail operations.


Main duties and responsibilities:

  • being responsible for completing sales plans for the managed region
  • takes part in developing a sales policy in the region in accordance with the national and global policy
  • sets out sales targets for managed points of sale in consultation with the superior
  • analyses sales reports in the region and implements action plans
  • manages and supervises the work of the teams managed
  • establishes and maintains contacts with business partners in the region,
  • negotiates terms of cooperation with key clients and supervises their implementation
  • being responsible for overseeing the continuity of supply and distribution in the managed area
  • being responsible for the image of the managed points of sale in accordance with the standards of PANDORA

Our requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in managing sales teams or cooperating with business partners sales role
  • Good understanding of the sales mechanism to exploit growth opportunities in a particular sales area
  • University degree
  • Advanced MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) skills
  • Fluency in English both in written and spoken
  • Driving license
  • Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take actions aimed at achieving the highest possible sales profit
  • Openness and optimism in action
  • Skills necessary to perform sales coaching
  • A strong leader who can manage, train and motivate the team and implement various initiatives across the organization
