About Pandora Vietnam
Pandora’s new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.
Key objectives:
• Ensure all production, utility, and facility equipment are maintained in safe and reliable operating condition.• Execute preventive maintenance (PM) activities on time and according to approved standards.
• Support immediate troubleshooting and repair to minimize machine downtime and production impact.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, including work orders, check sheets, and equipment history.
• Comply with Pandora’s SHE standards and safety procedures during all maintenance operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects, energy-saving initiatives, and equipment optimization.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines and systems during project or expansion phases.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and workshop areas in proper condition with 5S discipline.
• Ensure smooth communication and cooperation with production, EHS, quality, and contractor teams.
• Build technical knowledge and multi-skill capability through continuous learning and internal training.
Key duties:
• Perform daily operation and preventive maintenance for utility, facility, and production systems according to the approved maintenance plan and checklist.• Carry out corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and control issues to minimize equipment downtime.
• Inspect and record operating parameters of all systems, report abnormalities immediately to the Supervisor.
• Support production lines by maintaining machines such as casting, polishing, plating, wax injection, 3D printer, laser, CNC, oven, ultrasonic cleaner, etc.
• Ensure utilities (chilled water, compressed air, DI water, vacuum, exhaust, and gas systems) are stable and available for production.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new or relocated machines and equipment.
• Execute routine inspection on safety devices, sensors, motors, heaters, and pneumatic components.
• Update all maintenance work orders, log sheets, and spare parts usage accurately into CMMS.
• Keep maintenance tools, workshop, and spare part area in 5S condition at all times.
• Comply with SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) policies and report any near-miss or unsafe condition.
• Participate in training, continuous improvement, TPM and energy-saving programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Manager.
Job requirements:
• Vocational or College degree or Bacheler Degree in Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance of production machinery or utility systems in manufacturing environments (preferably jewelry, electronics, or precision industries).
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement instruments (multimeter, clamp meter, pressure gauge, etc.).
• Basic understanding of PLCs, motor control, sensors, heating, and vacuum systems.• Problem-solving and safety-oriented mindset.
• Basic English (able to read technical manuals and fill maintenance reports).
