This position ensure that resources, surveillance activities, and process/product improvements are implemented continuously; promptly report any issues that arise.

 

I.  Process & Product Auditing
•    Plan appropriate process and product audits in accordance with the risk level determined for the operation.
•    Communicate, verify, and follow up on corrective actions related to nonconformance with requirements, working closely with relevant teams to drive continuous quality improvement.
•    Supervise the process and product audit team to ensure alignment with the correct method, plan, transparency, and overall reliability of the audit findings.

II.  Quality System & Continuous Improvement
•    Data Analysis & Process Capability:
•    Define key processes and parameters, monitor process capability, and utilize data statistical analysis to proactively identify and address potential issues.
•    Request and follow up on corrective actions with relevant teams based on data insights and issue awareness.
•    Lead/participate in the quality investigation process to determine the potential root causes related to product or process deviations.
•    Initiate or propose new tools, equipment, and methods for inspection and testing improvement to enhance process and product quality, reduce waste, decrease working time, and increase team productivity.

III. People Management & Development
•    Control and supervise the team's daily operations to ensure compliance with plans, policies, and company work rules and regulations.
•    Train the team to thoroughly understand key critical processes and products in each production step, helping to build confidence and competency within the group.
•    Analyze and develop the team's potential to ensure they are able to collaborate effectively with other departments.
•    Plan refresh training for the working team on a timely schedule to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills.
