About Pandora Vietnam
Pandora’s new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.
• Key objectives:
o Manage outsourced technicians to perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on security systems
o Manage outsourced monitoring officers at the PMACC (Pandora Monitoring and Control Center) to oversee situations through security and safety systems
o Executed emergency responses in accordance with the ERP
o Support security request related to the security system
o Ensure the security systems are functional
• Key duties:
o Implement, monitor, and manage security systems (e.g., video surveillance, alarm systems), including performing preventive and corrective maintenance, addressing and resolving system failures, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure effective and timely solutions
o Respond to emergency situations in accordance with the ERP (e.g., fire, strike & protest, theft, threats)
o Consolidate security alarm and violation trends with data analysis and report findings to the manager.
o Involved in company projects and supported business activities related to security systems
o Monitor and manage the operations and performance of outsourced security personnel (monitoring officers and technicians) to ensure compliance with SLAs; provide feedback to the service provider to improve performance
o Support investigations of fraud and security breach cases in collaboration with HR
o Responsible for providing documentation related to security systems and monitoring center to support compliance audits
Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Political Science, Law, Business Management or related fields
• Physical security management in manufacturing environment with minimum 2 years or relevant experiences.
• Experience in security outsource management or investigation will be an advantage.
• Security contract management
• Knowledge of security systems, tools and equipment
• Human resource management
• Good Leadership, negotiation, teamwork, facilitation, evaluation and communication skills.
• Incident management & emergency response is required.
• Intermediate English skills
