About Pandora Vietnam
Pandora’s new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.
Key objectives:
Compliance Management:
Ensure strict adherance to all import and export regulations, tariffs, trade agreement, reports, and Export Processing Enterprise data requirements
Keep close communication and daily dialogue with local authorities.
Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with customs authorities and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth clearance of shipments
Collaborate with customs broker, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to negotiate favorable terms and ensure high-quality service
Manage the end-to-end logistics process, including coordinating transportation, freight forwarding, and documentation
Alignment on shipment schedule both inbound and outbound with Warehouse
More independently solving medium tasks with low level of support
Respond fast in case of late deliveries or any other obstacles
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all import and export trasactions for audit purposes
Cost Optimization:
Monitor transportation costs, customs duties, and other related expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities
Initiate to simulate the import / export model by combined the selection of transportation mode /Carrier choice / Customs brokers sourcing especially ex-work term for cost effectiveness
Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and CTPAT regulations
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure that employees are following all rules and regulations.
Job requirements:
Bachelor degree in Logistics management, Business administration or other related field
3–5 years experiences in Shipping-Import/Export in Manufacturing company.
In-dept knowledge of Customs regulations for Export Processing Enterprise business model
Experienced in Customs Finalization Report is a plus.
Good problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run accurate analysis and synthesize recommendations.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure.
Proven record in professional working style with demonstrated ability to provide support effectively, also in a matrix environment – working with large cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
