As an eCommerce Trading Specialist, you will take ownership of driving commercial performance for 2-3 Northern Europe markets, ensuring that Pandora’s digital storefront excels in delivering sales growth, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.

Working as part of a collaborative team of Trading Experts, you’ll align daily trading activities with market-specific goals while contributing to the overall success of Pandora’s Northern Europe eCommerce strategy. This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial mindset, technical expertise, and a passion for creating impactful customer experiences.

Driving Market-Specific Commercial Success

  • Lead daily trading activities for 2-3 markets ensuring revenue, conversion, and other key metrics meet or exceed targets
  • Execute market-specific strategies to capitalize on local opportunities, align with seasonal trends, and optimize trading performance
  • Monitor sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and adapt strategies to maximize the market’s potential
  • Partner with the eCommerce Trading Manager to ensure that market-specific goals align with regional and global priorities

 

Optimizing the Local Customer Journey

  • Collaborate with the eCommerce Content Manager to tailor the customer journey for specific markets ensuring it aligns with local customer preferences and cultural nuances
  • Continuously improve website usability, navigation, and promotional setups to enhance the shopping experience for local audiences
  • Launch testing and experimentation initiatives (e.g., A/B testing) to optimize customer engagement and site performance in multiple markets

 

Collaborative Execution

  • Work alongside other Trading Experts and cross-functional teams to share insights, align on best practices, and enhance overall team performance
  • Collaborate with local departments and the Global eCommerce team to implement market-relevant strategies and technical improvements
  • Actively contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and shared success within the trading team

 

Performance Monitoring & Insights

  • Use analytics tools to track key performance metrics for 2-3 markets, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations
  • Identify market-specific trends and insights to inform trading strategies and improve commercial outcomes
  • Proactively propose optimizations to improve conversion, average order value, and customer retention

  • Skilled in using eCommerce platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar solutions to execute trading strategies

  • Familiar with the online retail landscape and online shopping behavior
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional digital experiences
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and committed to contributing to both individual and team success
  • Fluent in English, and basic knowledge in German and/or Dutch are welcome
