The primary purpose of the Team Lead role is to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring workflows are executed efficiently, accurately, and in line with company standards. This role involves supervising and developing a team of warehouse staff, fostering their growth and performance through effective coaching, training, and support. The Team Lead actively collaborates cross-functionally with other departments within the Warehouse to ensure seamless operations and timely order fulfillment. Maintaining a strong focus on service quality, safety, and productivity, the Team Lead acts as a key link between operational staff and management, driving both team performance and individual development while cultivating a positive, high-performing work environment.

  • You lead our employees and take care of the planning and management of daily work processes and staffing needs.
  • You take care of performance apportionment and conduct employee reviews.
  • You evaluate data to collect productivity as well as create reporting and collaborate with various internal departments. (e.g. Customer Relations.)
  • You will be responsible for actively monitoring and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), Service Level Agreements (SLA's), and processes within our systems.
  • You will report directly to the Inventory Manager and actively participate in the development and implementation of operational processes.

  • You have very good MS-Office skills (especially Excel). Preferably you have knowledge of an ERP system.
  • Our company language is English. Therefore, very good English skills as well as good German skills are required.
  • You have a valid and unrestricted work permit for Germany (no job seeker visa, no student visa).
