For our Distribution Center in Hamburg-Moorfleet we are looking for a
Talent Development Specialist (m/f/d) in fulltime

WE DELIVER – Let’s deliver together
- End to end responsibility for the apprentices at our distribution centre
- Collaboration with our departments to identify and assess the skills and competencies needed for different roles within the company
- Drive a great onboarding experience for all our new starters
- Ownership of the internal Mentoring and Buddy programme
- Facilitation, coordination, administration of development activities, trainings and participants
- Leading initiatives for employee wellbeing and health management
- Further development and implementation of target group-specific learning opportunities i.e. support of a Warehouse Graduation Programme
- Responsible for the yearly performance evaluation and talent process
- Ensure the communication, reporting and follow up across the business with regards to talent management and succession planning processes
- Support local and global HR projects
WE DREAM – This is what we dream of
- You hold a university degree and/or relevant vocational training, ideally in the field of Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education or similar
- You have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in retail, fashion or FMCG industry, preferably in HR, Talent Management or Learning & Development
- You have strong teamworking and organisational skills and you shine with your quick-wittedness and your hands-on mentality
- You have knowledge of methodical-didactic preparation
- Ideally, you are experienced in working with IHKs and vocational schools and you are a certified IHK training supervisor
- You are excited to work cross-functional and in a complex international environment
- Your excellent communication skills – in German as well as in English – help you with collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office
