Project Management Concept Store:
- Ensuring and continuously optimizing all commercial and administration in Store Design & Planning implementation measures
- Define budgets based on requirements and roll-out plans
- Optimizing scheduled and reactive activities to ensure efficiency and quality
- New development, continuous optimization of relevant reporting: Preparation of fixed assets registration for O&O stores
- CAPEX reporting, new set-up of responsibilities/tools implemented/reporting improved and executed
Maintenance Supervision:
- Assess store needs and develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans
- Leading "Maintain the stores" – project and implement as continuous working tool (annual analysis)
- Budget Management: Define maintenance budgets based on requirements and long-term plans
Wholesale Project Execution:
- Operational implementation/management of all WHS projects (new WHS/refits/relocation)
Local purchasing of General Contractor (White Box)/technical supplier:
- Systematic, documented assessment of General Contractor or Maintenance service comp, and further Property & Network related Supplier
- Examining and assessing the new suppliers using documents by obtaining information and by visiting the companies on site
- Determining the tender criteria and preparing the tender documents
- Conducting price negotiations together with the Head of Store Design Planning
- Compiling statistics to record price trends
- Carrying out cost analyses and, if necessary, developing alternatives and initiating their implementation
- Preparation of decision analyses, presentations and cost calculations for decision-making

- Vocational/technical education
- 1 -3 years of professional experience, preferably in project management and control
- Knowledge in dealing with building law, AHO, HOAI and VOB
- Strong analytic and final skills with the ability to manage large sets of data and present results in a simple manner without losing sight of the bigger strategic picture
- Open to take responsibility and professional leadership in challenging projects
- Good understanding of all administration processes that are associated with payroll
- Commitment, flexibility and assertiveness
- Good communications skills in English & team player
- Very good IT skills (MS Office, MS Project; AutoCAD)
