The Paid Search Specialist is responsible for driving measurable business growth through advanced and scalable Paid Search strategies across Northern Europe. The role focuses on the full search funnel (from keyword and audience strategies to feed‑based automation) ensuring optimal efficiency, revenue impact, and alignment with commercial priorities.
The Specialist works closely with E‑Commerce teams to synchronize product feeds, landing pages, and promotional plans with Paid Search performance goals.
Knowledge of Display, SEO, and Affiliate channels is beneficial as a nice‑to‑have to support cross‑channel collaboration but not required.

Paid Search Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute Paid Search strategies for Northern Europe aligned with global frameworks.
- Build keyword, audience, bidding, and budget strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
- Align with E‑Commerce to ensure product feeds, landing pages, and promotional plans support performance goals.
- Advocate automation and best‑practice adoption across markets (Performance Max, Demand Gen, DSAs).
Campaign Management
- Lead and manage agency partners in day‑to‑day Paid Search execution.
- Oversee keyword research, ad copy creation, audience segmentation, and feed‑based campaign setups.
- Implement robust tracking using Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, and native platform tools.
- Ensure full compliance with platform policies and brand standards.
Optimization & Performance
- Continuously optimize campaigns toward key KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate).
- Conduct A/B tests across ads, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Leverage scripts, automation tools, and feed management technology to scale performance.
Reporting & Analysis
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting structures across markets.
- Analyze Paid Search data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Deliver actionable insights to guide channel strategies and budget allocation.
- Develop Looker Studio dashboards for transparent and efficient performance reporting.
Collaboration & Communication
- Act as the connector between Paid Marketing and E‑Commerce (launches, feeds, promos, landing pages).
- Collaborate with global marketing teams and agencies to stay ahead of trends and innovations.
- Present performance results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have: Display, SEO & Affiliate
- Support Performance Display activities (e.g. remarketing) when relevant.
- Collaborate with SEO teams on OneSearch initiatives as needed.
- Contribute to Affiliate discussions for incremental growth opportunities.
WE DREAM - This is what we dream of:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on Paid Search experience, including Performance Max and feed‑based advertising, ideally in a Media Agency
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360
- Experience with analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio)
- Understanding of remarketing, segmentation, and audience strategies
- Strong communication, cross‑functional collaboration, and project management skills
- Experience with GTM and tracking integrations and proficient in analytics and dashboarding tools (Adobe, Looker Studio)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and independently
- Proactive, curious and optimization-minded
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
