PR & Influencer Specialist Northern Europe (20h) (m/f/d) – Hamburg

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Influencer Specialist to lead influencer campaigns across Northern Europe, with a strong focus on Germany. You will work closely with PR and marketing teams to boost brand awareness and engagement through impactful collaborations.
You will work 20 hours with a split to 4 days a week.
WE DELIVER - Let's deliver together:
Influencer Strategy & Campaigns (Germany)
- Local Campaign Execution: Plan and deliver influencer activations (always-on & campaign-based) from brief to go-live, including timeline management, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment.
- Identify and evaluate creators across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube; assessing brand fit, audience quality, engagement authenticity, and brand safety.
- Own day-to-day influencer coordination for Germany, developing clear briefs and covering influencer selection, outreach, negotiation, and invoice/POs handling, hand in hand with the PR & Influencer Coordinator.
- Contracting & Negotiations: Lead negotiations on deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, timelines, and fees; coordinate contracts and payments with legal if required.
- Agency Management (if applicable): Steer external influencer agencies, define scopes, monitor performance, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Support for NL + AT Market
- Collaborate closely with the other PR & Influencer Specialist who is focusing on NL, BE, AT to drive integrated campaign execution
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Cross-media content placements within our paid media channels, in retail, on our website, and in CRM, global HQ (marketing & press department), and external partners (press & agencies)
- Collaborate with the PR team to align strategies and maximize impact across campaigns
Budget & Administration
- Own and manage the campaign budget, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control.
- Track performance against KPIs (reach, EMV, engagement, traffic, SOV, content quality), compile structured reports, and recommend optimizations.
- Manage contracts, invoices, POs and vendor relationships
WE DREAM - This is what we dream of:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, preferably with focus in Marketing, PR, communication, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of influencer marketing on company and / or agency side (preferably agency know-how)
- Fluency in German and English is a must
- Great brand sense – you are able to identify occasions and activities to continuously create talking points for our brand; always keeping the goal in mind to increase brand desirability
- Good understanding and knowledge of the D-A-CH influencer landscape, BENELUX, NORDICS is a plus
- Digital native regarding the usage of Instagram & TikTok and being familiar with common campaign management and social listening tools
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for brand visibility
- Strong communication talent with the ability to build relationships based on trust with influencers & talents
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, hands-on mentality, independent initiative, proactive
- Ability to work in a very connected and motivated team and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and derive recommendations for action
- Experience with PR monitoring tools, preferably Launch Metrics
- Experience with Influencer campaign managing tools, i.e. Traackr
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
