The Specialist, CIMA role will serve as the strategic link between Pandora’s Global Office and the local markets within the clusters. The mission is to drive consumer-centric, data-informed decision-making by ensuring global insight programs are executed with consistency and adapted to local market realities. This role leads the integration of global and local data sources, translating insights into actionable strategies that reflect overview from Global and the nuanced understanding of local consumer behavior.

  1. Amplify GO capabilities (50% of dedication – dotted line to GO CIMA): Implement global insight workstreams in local markets, ensuring alignment with standards and methodologies. The Cluster FTE acts as an enabler, ensuring that centrally developed tools and frameworks are activated with excellence and relevance. Key areas of contribution include:

 

  • Consumer Insights: Activate global research programs and embed insights into local planning
  • Cultural Insights & Foresight: build consumer intimacy by identifying and embedding cultural trends, social shifts, and emerging behaviors into market strategies
  • Consumer Analytics: Apply global analytics frameworks to track performance and customer behavior
  • Translate first-party customer data into insights that inform marketing strategy, guide portfolio optimization, and enable data-driven decision-making
  • Marketing Effectiveness: Deploy global measurement tools to evaluate and optimize campaign, media, and content performance, ensuring maximum impact and ROI
  • Brand Tracker: monitor brand health performance by delivering timely, accurate data and reports to local teams

 

  1. Empower local market relevance (50% of dedication): The Cluster FTE plays a critical role in elevating market-specific understanding, enabling decisions that reflect cultural nuance, commercial context, and consumer reality Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Lead market-specific research: design and execute local studies that address unique market challenges and opportunities, integrating both primary and secondary data sources
  • Translate global insights: adapt global findings into culturally and commercially relevant narratives that resonate with local stakeholders and consumers
  • Respond to market needs: act with agility to support ad hoc requests, emerging priorities, and contextual shifts

 

What is expected: To act as Regional Data Stewardship Each Cluster FTE ensures consistent and timely delivery of insight outputs across their markets by:

 

  • Organizing and responding to data requests from local teams.
  • Delivering dashboards and reports tailored to market needs.
  • Enabling integration of multiple data sources (e.g., Brand Tracker, Consumer Analytics, transactional data) to support holistic insight generation.

  • Skilled in storytelling with data, stakeholder engagement, and influencing decisions
  • Self-starter with the ability to think creatively and outside the box; who identifies areas of opportunity and drives forward efficiencies, processes, and goals with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Good at simplifying the complex
  • The ideal candidate will be inquisitive and positively challenging
  • Experience of how to use data to tell compelling business stories
  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
