We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Business Insights Specialist to join our European Operations Excellence team. You will play a key role in advancing data‑enabled decision‑making within Pandora’s EMEA Operations landscape. Serving as a subject matter expert in analytics and reporting, this role will actively contribute to strengthening our data foundation, developing scalable dashboards, and delivering actionable insights that support operational excellence across EMEA.

The Business Insights Specialist supports the Business Insights Manager in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive operational improvements and business growth. The role focuses on executing data analysis, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to support key decision-making across EMEA Operations. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the business insights specialists leverages data to uncover trends, optimize operations, and deliver actionable insights that inform key decisions and enable performance and strategic growth. You will:

• Analyze and develop key operational metrics to monitor performance and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Create and deliver reports and dashboards, ensuring high data quality and providing meaningful insights to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost efficiency through data analysis, collaborating with relevant teams for execution.
• Provide data‑driven support to align insights with strategic objectives and strengthen overall supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with EMEA Distribution Center teams to integrate data into operational decision‑making and enhance daily processes.
• Maintain strong data integrity by supporting data governance standards and accuracy checks.
• Contribute to the improvement of reporting processes and the effective use of analytics tools to drive business performance.
• Support the development of analytical capabilities within the team and assist in adopting new tools or methodologies.

In addition, we would like you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Operations or Distribution, ideally within a data‑driven environment.
• Previous roles requiring strong analytics and data interpretation, demonstrating the ability to derive meaningful insights and support decision‑making.
• Strong analytical and data story-telling skills with the ability to identify trends and extract actionable insights from data.
• Proficiency in data modelling and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• A collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross‑functional teams and communicating insights in a clear and meaningful way for stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences across the organization
• Adaptability, resilience and continuous-learning mindset, thriving in a fast‑paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive, results‑oriented attitude, with a focus on operational efficiency and process optimization.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are considered a plus.
