This position will be responsible for providing comprehensive operational support to our retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of retail operations, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Point of contact: Act as primary point of contact on retail related topics for retail stores, Regional Sales Managers, Divisional Sales Managers, and internal departments, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely communication.
  • Technical support: Respond promptly to technical support inquiries via phone and email. Investigate and troubleshoot reported problems, identifying root causes and proposing solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues. Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices for future reference.
  • Communication support: Collaborate on the creation of communications content and upload content to the internal communications portal.
  • Assist with administrative tasks: Handle sales department mails and process vendors related invoices. Ensure store data is always up to date on various portals: Google, Store Locators, UPS. Set up internal accounts for new employees.
  • Functional support: Support the functional team with projects and translations. Create tools to support the store staff to implement promotions and new collections.
  • Sales Support: Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • You hold a university degree and/or relevant vocational training, ideally in the field of Economics, Business Administration or similar
  • You have at least 1-3 years of professional experience in technical support or in troubleshooting roles
  • You have strong teamworking and organisational skills and you shine with your quick-wittedness and your solution oriented mentality
  • Your excellent communication skills help you with collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
