Sales Operations Coordinator – Wholesale (m/f/d) - Hamburg




This position plays a key role in supporting the multi-brand channel business. You work closely with Divisional Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers and internal departments to ensure full support to the field team. Your key responsibilities include sales support, database maintenance, business partnering on financial/product reporting and network optimisation, communication gatekeeping, process optimisation as well as troubleshooting.

  • Sales coordination: Work with internal departments to prepare sales information and communication for new collections and promotions.
  • Communication: Responsible for the flow of communication from partners/field team to internal department and vice versa.
  • Network optimization support: Supporting the field team in the closing, opening and onboarding of new partners: contracts and account creation, coordinating the delivery of furniture, visual merchandising materials and initial orders.
  • Market focused collaboration: Collaborate effectively with local managers to align operational processes with the intricacies of each market’s operational needs.
  • Training and documentation: Developing training materials and documentation for sales processes, tools and systems. Provide training and support to sales team members as needed.
  • Process improvement: Identifying inefficiencies in sales processes and suggesting improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborating with other departments such as Merchandising, Finance and field team to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales strategies.

  • You hold a university degree and/or relevant vocational training, ideally in the field of Economics, Business Administration or similar
  • You have at least 1-3 years of professional experience in sales operations, sales support or in a related field
  • You are experienced in working in an international organization and you are motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Your excellent teamworking and communication skills (in German as well as in English) help you with collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are flexible and adaptive to changing priorities, which enable you to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
