QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST - Full-time (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our European Operations Excellence team. The QA Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring that our internal processes meet the highest quality standards across our organization. You will work closely with all departments to identify inconsistencies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

 

WE DELIVER - YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY WITH US

  • You are responsible for running the Quality Assurance Assessment processes to find areas of improvement and safeguard process quality across all departments of Pandora EMEA Operations
  • You plan and document quality assurance inspections
  • You monitor, document and report on process quality performance and identify areas for training and process improvements
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.
  • You regularly communicate with your stakeholders within the business to understand their needs on improvement and translate it into existing and future quality assurance processes
  • You stay updated with industry standards & best practices and run projects to continuously improve the Quality Assurance procedures, systems and reporting.

  • You have a quality assurance or similar background with a minimum of 1 year of practical experience, preferably within and Operations environment
  • You are communicating effectively, fluently, and clearly with a smile and touch of enthusiasm
  • You have great attention to details, a structured approach and feel “beautiful madness” when you find a bug
  • Collaborating and communication with colleagues and stakeholders is something you enjoy
  • Knowledge about CRM system Salesforce cloud as well as Playvox is beneficial
  • You possess fluent verbal and written skills in English, any further language skills are an advantage
  • You have experience in using Microsoft tools (Excel, Power Point and Teams).
