From here we ship our goods quickly, safely and reliably to 69 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. By supplying the Pandora stores but also through direct contact with end customers. Via the online shop, we delight them with individual products, such as engravings and stylish gift packaging.

PROJECT MANAGER – Full-time (m/f/d)
We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to lead and support a portfolio of Distribution network and cost optimization initiatives. You will play a key role in driving tactical projects that enhance our operational efficiency, reduce cost, and increase value delivery across our global supply and distribution network.
WE DELIVER - YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY WITH US
- Strategic Alignment & Execution: Collaborate with EMEA Operations leadership to implement key Pandora initiatives and align them with Omni Operations priorities. Support the definition, communication, and execution of transformation roadmaps.
- Project Management: Lead and deliver large to medium-sized cross-functional projects, overseeing all phases from planning through to execution
- Portfolio management: Oversee and coordinate local PMO activities across the program portfolio, ensuring transparency, measurable progress, and accountability.
- Stakeholder and communications: Drive alignment between stakeholders across functions (Logistics & Planning, Warehousing & Finance etc.) to support smooth execution and buy-in.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop business cases and track realization of project benefits, using analytical and financial insights to inform decisions.
- Risk & issue management: Proactively identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

In addition, we would like you to have:
- 5+ years of experience in a transformation and Supply Chain/logistics/eCom role
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to drive complex initiatives from planning through execution with a focus on results and outcomes.
- Proven experience with PMO methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Stage Gate and portfolio management)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse teams across functions, stakeholders and levels.
- Methodical and analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
- Proactive, humble and ambitious attitude – and also be a team player
- Desire to work in a dynamic, changing and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, project management etc.) is a plus.
- Fluency in written and verbal English is required.
- Full work permit for Germany (no job seeker visa, no other restrictions)
