As part of the Northern Europe HR team and local HR leadership team the role of the Performance & Reward Manager will provide strategic leadership and direction to the business in close alignment with the Global Performance & Reward team.

The role will be responsible for the design and execution of the NOEU P&R strategy and the plans for 10 markets including total reward, performance management, global mobility as well as oversight of HR controlling and payroll for NOEU. Driving excellence operationally and commercially as well as x-functional collaboration, project and stakeholder management, will be crucial in that role.

Performance & Reward

  • Owning and driving the direction and priorities for Total Reward, Performance, Payroll and Mobility in the cluster, in line with Global strategy and Cluster needs
  • Having a clear P&R roadmap in place ensuring the delivery of cluster activities
  • Providing P&R expertise and guidance ensuring governance, compliance, transparency and fairness (e. g. Compensation recommendations based on internal and external benchmarking for new joiners, transfers, promotions etc.)
  • Ensuring Pandora’s competitiveness through the expertise of the markets in NOEU and management of external compensation and benefit benchmarking
  • Driving and managing the annual performance, ASR and bonus process creating a performance culture and embed our pay for performance approach
  • Attracting, identifying, retaining, and developing talent amongst P&R team and provide strong leadership and guidance to P&R team
  • Participating in Global P&R projects to ensure globally successful designs, alignment and local effectiveness

 

Payroll & Operations

  • Overseeing payroll activities and ensuring all actions are aligned to operational and regulatory requirements incl. management of external partners
  • Driving operational changes, process efficiencies, as well as taking accountability for Rewards’ successful operations and policies
  • Being responsible for managing, monitoring and controlling the HR budget and PEX for NOEU HQ employees in support of the HRD
  • Driving HR effectiveness and efficiency through best practice sharing and regular reporting of HR KPIs and insights including local attrition, retention and relevant performance/pay/regulatory or mobility data

  • You have 5+ years of experience in HR in an international organization, preferably in retail business within branded consumer goods
  • You used and shown sound regional P&R experience with operational accountability
  • You have the ability to collaborate across functions and regions, as well as leading a comparable size team
  • You have a track record of delivering strong results, e. g. has implemented successful reward transformations, projects, etc.
  • Your strong analytical and strategic mind-set combined with excellent communication skills ensure clear and transparent messaging
  • You are able to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously while staying professional and resilient
  • Your strong sense of urgency for reaching goals, meeting deadlines and responding to employee/management questions demonstrates strong attention to employee experience
  • You build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • You facilitate effective collaboration among coworkers across markets, functions, and external partners
  • You are solution oriented and a hands-on problem solver who is embedding new and better ways for the organization to be successful
  • Your strong leadership skills foster an environment that encourages and enables the team to build skills and develop their careers
  • You are fluent in English, speaking German is beneficiary
  • You have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant HR systems (e. g. SAP Success Factors and LOGA)
