Manager, Facility Management (m/f/d)

Let’s DELIVER together:

 

In the role of Facility Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the smooth running of all facility management topics at the site. With your team, you will support the management and the management team in all occupational safety and real estate-specific issues. You will be responsible for:

 

  • The ongoing operation of the property as a central point of contact
  • The entire facility management processes in our property
  • Clear documentation and traceable work processes
  • Management of a budget of up to €100,000 per month
  • Continuous optimization and adaptation of the property to new requirements
  • The procurement and deployment planning of the required resources
  • The personnel planning and staff management of our facility assistants
  • The monitoring and coordination of subcontractors will be part of your area of responsibility
  • Compliance with legal regulations as well as occupational and operational safety
  • Service-oriented communication with the management team and authorities
  • The planning and preparation of maintenance and repair plans as well as ensuring compliance
  • Monitoring of statutory inspection deadlines and requirements as well as warranty, defect and damage management
  • The timely elimination of all defects that occur and their reporting to the authorities and institutions

 

 

 

What we DREAM of:

 

  • You completed an apprenticeship or degree in the field of facility management or a real estate-specific qualification
  • Ideally, you have at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • You are fluent in German and at least good written and spoken English skills are an advantage
  • You have very good knowledge of occupational safety and real estate management 
  •  You have taken part in FM training courses and are experienced in conducting instructions and risk assessments for our employees
  • Ideally, you have job-relevant certificates such as FaSi, fire helpers and a class B driver's license
  • You are used to working in an international and solution-oriented environment and have a can-do attitude
  • You have very good communication skills at all hierarchical levels are just as much a matter of course for you as a high level of service orientation and a reliable and independent way of working
