As the Head of eCommerce Northern Europe, you own the end‑to‑end commercial and growth strategy for eCommerce across the cluster. You provide strong leadership and hands‑on execution oversight to ensure plans land with quality, speed, and measurable customer impact.

You set strategic direction, shape priorities, and stay closely connected to execution to guarantee high performance. You are accountable for both what is planned and how it is delivered—driving commercial results while continuously improving the end‑to‑end customer journey.

  • Shape and drive the eCommerce commercial strategy across Northern Europe.
  • Lead a team of 10 eCommerce specialists combining market expertise with technical capability.
  • Define market‑driven approaches that strengthen competitiveness, relevance, and scalability.
  • Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Set clear commercial plans, priorities, and milestones, and guide teams through execution.
  • Ensure flawless execution across markets, proactively removing blockers, correcting course, and delivering initiatives on time and against KPIs.
  • Champion continuous improvement through performance reviews, post‑mortems, and hands‑on operational steering.
  • Elevate the customer journey by aligning commercial, experience, and technical roadmaps.
  • Influence local and global technical development priorities in close collaboration with Global teams, ensuring solutions support commercial and customer outcomes.
  • Act as a connector between Global direction and local execution, aligning stakeholders across the cluster.
  • Lead, develop, and coach team members and managers—setting expectations, building capability, and fostering commercial and technical excellence.
  • Promote a high‑performance culture rooted in ownership, accountability, and follow‑through.
