Customer Relations Representative (m/f/d) - B2C France

WE DELIVER - YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • After a training phase, you will be the first point of contact to handle communications via email and calls delivering proactive customer service and feedback to inquiries within promised response times
  • Handle and resolve inquiries in a professional manner following established policies in different languages
  • Ability to work independently, while having a strong team ethos with a can-do approach
  • Understand the policies and customers’ needs of the markets you support, and be able to flex these to ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Experience in a customer-facing role would be an advantage – virtual or in-person
  • High Motivation and Engagement
  • You speak French at a native level and possess fluent verbal and written skills in English
  • Further language skills are an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Resilience against stress and great teamworking skills
  • Reliability and a strong Can-Do-Attitude
  • You have basic knowledge of MS Office 365
  • Working knowledge of Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud is desirable
