For our Distribution Center in Hamburg-Allermöhe we are looking for you as a:
Customer Relations Representative (m/f/d) in full-time

WE DELIVER - YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY WITH US IS
- After a training phase, you will be the first point of contact to handle communications via email and calls delivering proactive customer service and feedback to inquiries within promised response times
- Handle and resolve inquiries in a professional manner following established policies in different languages
- Ability to work independently, while having a strong team ethos with a can-do approach
- Understand the policies and customers’ needs of the markets you support, and be able to flex these to ensure high customer satisfaction

- Experience in a customer-facing role would be an advantage – virtual or in-person
- High Motivation and Engagement
- You speak German at a native level and possess fluent verbal and written skills in English
- Further language skills are an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Resilience against stress and great teamworking skills
- Reliability and a strong Can-Do-Attitude
- You have basic knowledge of MS Office 365
- Working knowledge of Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud is desirable
