As an eCommerce Coordinator for the Nordics, you will support the execution of day‑to‑day digital operations across our Nordic markets. You will manage product and content updates, ensure execution quality across platforms, and contribute to delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, structured, and eager to grow their eCommerce expertise within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Market Performance Ownership

  • Execute commercial activities such as product setup, price updates, promotional activations, and campaign content uploads for the Nordic markets
  • Carry out routine tasks in CMS, SFCC, and PIM to support smooth day‑to‑day site operations
  • Handle content uploads, translations, tagging, and placement to ensure accurate and timely execution of commercial plans
  • Support the creation of tickets and perform basic troubleshooting in collaboration with technical team
  • Follow established processes to ensure consistent, reliable, and compliant execution.
  • Conduct QA checks across products, content, links, and campaign implementation to maintain high site quality
  • Support the delivery of market‑relevant execution in alignment with local global guidelines

 

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Gather and compile performance inputs for key reporting formats
  • Review basic reports and performance dashboards, drawing early observations to support team analysis
  • Flag emerging issues, irregularities, or opportunities identified through daily operations
  • Support deeper investigations led by Senior team members by providing context, data points, or operational insights
  • Contribute to optimizations by highlighting recurring execution gaps or customer‑facing issues

 

Collaboration & Expert Ownership

  • Collaborate closely with Senior team members and cross‑functional teams including Nordic Marketing, Merchandising, Retail, and CRM to ensure aligned and timely execution
  • Coordinate with local and Global eCommerce teams on platform updates, content needs, assets, and operational requests
  • Maintain checklists, task trackers, and documentation to ensure smooth preparation and execution of launches and seasonal activities
  • Support the upkeep of SOPs and process documentation within your operational area
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team and train colleagues on specific tools or process areas as part of your development
