We are seeking an experienced and knowledge-hungry ERP Business Analyst (BA) to join our European Operations Excellence team. The BA will play a critical role in delivering our SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation, working as the bridge between the business operations and the technical team.

ERP Roll-out: You are on a mission to with a +200 people team to rollout SAP S/4HANA ERP solution for our B2B and B2C operations.

Requirements gathering & documentation: Engage with various EMEA Operations colleagues to understand their business processes, requirements, and pain points incl. the documentation of these requirements.

Customization Requirements: Identify gaps between the existing business processes and the ERP system’s capabilities, and define and propose necessary customizations or enhancements to the ERP system.

Connector of People: Act as the primary connector between business units, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Managing expectations: Help stakeholders understand the capabilities and limitations of the ERP system, managing expectations throughout the implementation process.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate UAT sessions, ensuring that end-users validate and sign off on the ERP system before it goes live.

Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during testing and Hypercare, working with the program team to resolve them promptly.

Training and Support: Assist in developing training materials & Standard Operating Procedures and conducting training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (SAP certifications preferred).

Experience: 2–5+ years in SAP implementation, or business analysis.

SAP Knowledge: Hands-on expertise with SAP modules and S/4HANA.

Business Process Understanding: Knowledge of Distribution Centre & Supply chain business processes are an advantage.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and optimize business processes.

Communication: Strong facilitator with excellent verbal, written, and documentation skills for interacting with stakeholders.

Project Management: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.

Testing & Troubleshooting: Experience in participating in testing activities and resolving SAP issues.

Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Language: Fluency in both written and verbal English is required.
