Are you excited by the opportunity to help establish a new regional HQ that will play a pivotal role in one of Pandora’s most ambitious strategic initiatives? If so, this could be your next big move.
About the role
As HR Director you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Pandora’s growth in Asia. You will join a vibrant and ambitious HR team and work closely with senior leaders across multiple functions—including HR, Finance, Legal, and Strategy—to co-create and execute impactful People plans that directly support our business strategy.
This is a unique opportunity to help establish a new regional HQ from the ground up, embedding a strong and cohesive culture while driving transformation across the cluster. You will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and challenger to leaders, fostering an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing environment that reflects Pandora’s core values: Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver.
In this highly strategic and hands-on role, you will be instrumental in building strong partnerships across the global HR community, contributing to meaningful business transformation and ensuring alignment between local execution and global priorities. You will need to bring an enterprise mindset, balancing the needs of the cluster with the broader ambitions of Pandora globally.
As the HR Director, your key responsibilities will include:
Strategic Business Partnering: You will be part of a team of HR Directors partnering with executive leaders and their teams to drive talent, succession planning, and development initiatives. In Pandora, business partnering has a strong focus on talent, succession, and development, but it also extends beyond that to include organisational development, operating models, ways of working, structure, costs, growth, sizing, and the overall People Experience.
People Plans and Engagement: As part of the HR team, you will be responsible for establishing and delivering a strong People and Sustainability plan for the cluster. This includes driving initiatives that enhance Employee Engagement and the overall Employee Experience across the region.
As the cluster evolves, you will play a key role in identifying what’s needed to support its growth—from adapting People strategies to anticipating future workforce needs. Your ability to align plans with both current realities and future ambitions will be essential in building a thriving and engaged organisation.
Talent Authority: Advance the talent, succession, and development agenda across your functional area by enabling leaders to grow their teams and develop future-ready talent. Your efforts will fuel engagement, strengthen leadership, and positively impact net promoter scores. A key part of this role is to ensure we build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline that supports both current needs and long-term growth.
As part of setting up the cluster, recruitment will be a large part of the role, with a strong emphasis on hiring the right talent for the future across the region. This also includes a focus on building a strong and cohesive culture within the cluster, ensuring that new hires and organisational practices align with Pandora’s strategic direction and values.
Operational Excellence: You will be responsible for delivering on key HR KPIs while ensuring smooth and effective day-to-day operations. At the same time, you will help build and professionalise a high-performing, value-adding HR team that consistently delivers a positive people experience and collaborates closely with our Centres of Expertise. In this role, you will also play a key part in driving HR transformation by establishing modern, scalable ways of working that support operational excellence and long-term growth—ensuring the cluster is set up to scale and ready for the future.
Annual HR Wheel Execution: Co-create and lead global People initiatives and solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
