Go-To-Market Manager

About the position:

This position is responsible to drive brand growth by developing region specific strategies and go-to-market plans for Hong Kong and Macau. Meet growth objectives and contribute to overall corporate profit from uncovering consumer insights to initiate breakthrough communications and data-driven marketing.

He/She will lead all consumer touch points from planning to executional excellence with his/her team and agencies, in order to unlock the market penetration for the regions.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement global marketing strategies, build annual marketing plan and budget with a focus on topline growth, increasing brand awareness and market rank;
  • Incorporate relevant insights and market trends to tailor activation and marketing plans;
  • Own 360 communications. Deliver and direct brand marketplace roadmaps and integrate through social, digital, events and campaign touch points (includes CRM and retail marketing);
  • Track, analyze and evaluate effectiveness of marketing spend;
  • Develop strong working relationship with both cluster and global marketing team. Communicate regularly to outline market specific needs;
  • Drive an effective go-to-market process by partnering with cross functional partners. Collaborate with them efficiently and accurate completion of multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Develop direct reports towards brand’s strategic vision and business objectives;
  • Ensure all marketing materials and activities are consistent and comply with the global brand guidelines;
  • Manage and develop agency and media relationships

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of solid Marketing managerial experience in a similar role in the retail industry preferably within a multi-site environment
  • Superior communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Agile and positive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Can work under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
  • True team player with a strong sense of initiative and a “can do” attitude
  •  A thorough understanding of multi-site concept stores including new store openings
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Speak fluent in English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
