eCommerce Operations Lead (m/f/d) – Gent

We’re looking for a proactive, hands‑on team leader who’s excited to help grow Pandora’s eCommerce business in Belgium. As Team Lead for our Gent fulfilment centre, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations and lead a small, engaged on-site Operations team to deliver an exceptional experience for each and every Pandora customer.

As Group Lead, you will:
- Oversee daily operations of the Belgian Pandora eCommerce fulfilment centre, ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-centric processes.
- Train, coach, and inspire the Operations Assistants to reach their full potential, fostering an exceptional performance and development culture.
- Shape and continuously optimize operational workflows to support business growth.
- Lead and support Operations Assistants across key activities: inventory management, warehouse operations, order fulfilment, customer service support, and ad‑hoc tasks.
- Contribute to daily fulfilment activities including picking, packing, and returns—always within daytime shifts only (no night shifts).
- Ensure the highest standards across Fulfilment, stock accuracy, loss prevention and replenishment are met each day.
- Maintain a consistently strong customer experience by meeting SLA targets for order fulfilment and response times.
- Support customer service by ensuring inquiries and complaints are handled professionally and within KPI targets.
- Manage team resources, including scheduling, seasonal workforce planning, productivity reporting, and communication with your Pandora eCommerce Manager.
- Prepare for upcoming sales, campaigns, and peak periods by aligning capacity, staffing, and demand forecasts.
- Handle operational reporting, timesheet checks, and payroll-related documentation.
- Uphold service level standards, operational guidelines, security practices, and return/exchange processes.

WE DREAM – This is what we dream of:
- A high school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of experience in fulfilment or logistics (experience in luxury or jewellery is a plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English + Dutch and/or French
- Solid MS Office skills
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Strong organizational abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Motivation, ownership, and a hands-on attitude
