About the role
As E-commerce Director, Pandora Asia you will work closely with the General Manager, Asia and their leadership team to co-create and execute E-commerce that drive our business strategy. In this role, you will work in a leadership team including Sales, Marketing, HR, Merchandising, Finance, Property business areas, and will work together to foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing culture, embedding Pandora’s core values—Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver—in everything we do.
The E-Commerce Director is responsible for the end-to-end E-Commerce channel with constant tracking and delivery of key KPIs i.e., traffic, conversion, AOV, bounce rate, etc. With full P&L impact, you will define Asia cluster E-Commerce ensuring it is in line with the global e-commerce strategy.
As the Asia E-Commerce Director, your overall responsibility will be for the E-Commerce commercial operations and business development, including growth, cost control, and platform development. PANDORA has partnered with international E-Commerce solution providers to operate online sales on our owned and operated Pandora sites and third party websites. You will have a central role between PANDORA Asia, headquarter, local organizations and external partners.
Further, we expect you to create the future for E-Commerce in the region by proactively shaping the strategy, driving growth opportunities and innovation, and shaping the E-Commerce role within the organization
What you will do
As the E-commerce Director, your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead a team located in different markets to execute the global E-Commerce strategy provided by HQ, which both grows the relationship with our markets and the consumer leveraging our strong retail partner network
- Lead the coordination of all E-Commerce development activities executed by Headquarters, including the integration and implementation of improvement on Pandora’s owned and operated websites (website and backend platforms)
- Own online trading and merchandising to drive revenue and profitability including experimenting and optimising on Pandora’s own sites
- Own relationship with online partners to ensure brand consistency and share best practices regarding experimentation and optimisation
- Support marketing calendar and merchandising ensuring communications and campaigns support overall online sales
- Explore new solutions to drive conversion rate and traffic to online store i.e., AI
- Cooperate closely with Global E-Commerce team in Global Office in Copenhagen
- Deliver local operational and business leadership for delivery of global E-Commerce projects i.e., partner closely with distribution & logistics to deliver improvements for peak season
- Perform financial and commercial performance management of the E-Commerce business
- Lead Digital transformation within the regional organization – ensuring a future-proof e-commerce platform and advocating for advanced tech solutions
- Innovate: Constantly seek new, creative ways to improve the business and stay ahead of the competition
- Drive sustainability through E-commerce in line with Pandora’s strong sustainability commitment
- Cluster Scope: The Asia Cluster in Pandora has more than 300 points of sale across 11 countries. The cluster drives Owned and Operated Stores in Japan and Singapore, and mainly work through partners/distributors in the remainder of the operating countries. The Asia cluster represents an amazing growth opportunity for Pandora.

Your profile
- Proven track record of strong leadership / people skills and at least 5 years of experience with management skills. Experience in successful managing teams
- Min. 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years of experience of managing E-Commerce and international roll-out, preferable B2C – either from a subsidiary or Headquarter function
- Experience working in the Asia market with knowledge on market trends and online consumer behaviours in regards to shopping and retail
- Experience in being budget responsible and gained experience with revenue forecasting, reporting etc.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and matrixed environment with the ability to display diplomacy between stakeholders internally and externally in all situations
- Pragmatic approach to solving issues
- High degree of structure in work and thought processes and driven by goals and targets
- Knowing the importance of building a strong and motivated team and showing interest in developing the team professionally and on a personal level
- Aware that the success of PANDORA depends on the team’s performance
- Communicate in a clear, concise and structured manner
- Take pride in presentation and having outgoing interpersonal skills
- Experience within the jewelry or fashion industry is an advantage
- English is the global business language

- High commercial acumen with analytical, operational and performance optimization skills to drive sustainable online sales growth without relying on promotions or discounting
- Natural curiosity to continuously test and learn, seeking out meaningful measurement and insights in everything to do
