Customer Service Assistant (E-commerce) 

 

Contract: Permanent 

 

Location: Grafton Street, Dublin  

 

The e-commerce team in Ireland are looking for a customer service assistant who continuously strives to achieve outstanding customer service. We are currently looking to recruit for an assistant with exceptional inter-personal skills and excellent administration experience.

What to expect from the role 

 

  • Ensure our customers always receive exceptional support. 

  • Have excellent communication skills and worki pro-actively with customers and other stakeholders.

  • Processing customer requests in a timely manner using the internal system. This will involve ensuring that requests are processed in accordance with product rules and the company's processes and procedures. 

  • Complaint handling and making sure the customer is always satisfied with the outcome by going above and beyond. 

  • Interacting with other areas of the business e.g. Sales, Operations, Compliance etc. 

  • Ad-hoc administrative support, as required by the Department Lead. 
     

What we are looking for  

 

  • Excellent inter-personal and clear communication skills with the ability to use positive language (written and verbal is essential). 

  • Be empathetic and patient towards our customers as well as a quick problem-solver. 

  • Strong office administration skills including IT (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel etc.). 

  • Previous experience in a customer service role. 

  • Flexible team player with the ability to deal with tasks independently.

  • You must be commutable and available to work full-time at our Grafton Street office in Dublin from Monday to Friday. Flexibility will be required during peak times. 

  • Be well organised, results driven and capable of working to tight deadlines  

  • You must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland
