E-Commerce Specialist, Omni Operations

You are a dynamic and data-driven professional to manage eCommerce operations and lead omnichannel services. Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence
- Lead e-commerce operations for Singapore across product cataloguing, listings, fulfilment, inventory, delivery time and return rates
- Support e-commerce operations in Japan and assisting to resolve pain points
- Track productivity, service levels, returns and recommend points to improve efficiency of teams
- Ensure accurate stock management and availability
- Supervise logistics and delivery of orders to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
- Support on sprints, features enhancements, bug fixes, releases, etc. for Pandora.net in both Japan and Singapore
- Manage technical & platform issues with IT team and Global ECOM team
Omnichannel Services
- Lead Singapore customer service which covers both online and brick & mortar stores
- Create a best-in-class post purchase experience by coordinating information flow and ensure action between customer service team and e-commerce / retail teams
- Lead the implementation of global omnichannel initiatives while considering local market needs and infrastructure
- Understand the impact of omni services on e-commerce performance and propose optimization to improve
- Work closely with retail teams to encourage stores’ participation in omnichannel initiatives and improve efficiency
Who You Are:
To thrive in this role, you must have a good knowledge of online operations while always having a focus on driving improvements and managing internal stakeholders. You have a strong understanding of digital commerce, brand.com and e-commerce systems. Are you the proactive, self‑starting, adaptable individual with a positive outlook that we are looking for?
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, online execution and operations
- Strong operational mindset with proven track record of establishing strong and effective online operations
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, related digital systems (OMS, WMS, PIM, CMS, etc.) and data visualization tools
- Analytical ability to interpret sales & operations data, e-commerce KPIs and translate these into actions
- Strong stakeholder management skills with both local and global teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
