About the role
As an E-Commerce Specialist, Distributors, you will strengthen Pandora’s online proposition across Asia via our distributors. You will work closely with the Asia cluster e-commerce team, distributor team, marketing, merchandising and global e-commerce team to optimize our distributors’ online trading performance, brand consistency and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
Partners Growth & Trading
- Drive sales performance across distributors’ e-commerce segment
- Lead conversations with distributors ensuring alignment with e-commerce initiatives, campaigns, and growth drivers.
- Monitor KPI of our distributors to deliver revenue targets.
- Analyse partners’ performance, areas for optimization and use data to drive decisions.
- Engage in periodic reviews of all Pandora.net in the region, recommending actions to optimize site for optimal customer experience and site conversion.
- Develop strategies to grow distributors’ online presence and sales across e-channels.
- Share digital brand guidelines and best practices with digital partners.
- Drive high standards in the online environment for the region, overall E-Commerce segment growth, performance tracking & building the Asia playbook.
Platform Operations & Performance for Singapore Pandora.net
- Own management of the platform, driving operational excellence, conversion optimization and data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.
- Lead daily operations of the platform, including front-end communications and layouts as well as back-end setups in relation to campaigns, promotions, etc.
- Support global deployment plans & scheduled releases for webstore enhancements.
- Partner with Marketing, Merchandising and Supply Chain teams to optimize campaigns, ensure accurate stock levels and adequate inventory.
- Manage technical & platform issues with IT team and Global ECOM team.
- Align on strategies with Global and Asia cluster to ensure brand consistency and meet business objectives.
Who You Are:
To thrive in this role, you must be a strong relationship builder while always having a strong focus on driving analytics, insights and reporting. You have a strong understanding of digital commerce, brand.com building and data analysis. Be proactive, comfortable being a self-starter and adaptable.
What type of expertise does the position need?
- Minimally 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, online trading, including hands on management of brand.com webstores
- Strong commercial mindset with proven track record of delivering digital growth
- Regional experience across the Asia Markets
- Hands-on experience with analytics tolls and dashboards
- Analytical ability to interpret sales data, e-commerce KPIs and translate insights into actions
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a global matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
