Join Pandora as our new Global eCommerce Trading Manager and take the lead in driving our commercial execution across all online markets. 

 

Your Mission: Turn insights into action, and opportunities into growth 

In this role, you will be at the heart of our global eCommerce trading, responsible for maximizing commercial performance, optimizing product and category strategies, and driving a high-performance trading culture across markets. You’ll work closely with local markets and key global partners in marketing and ecommerce to deliver against ambitious growth targets. 

 

Key responsibilities 

  • Own and lead weekly trading meetings across global markets—highlighting insights, actions, and opportunities to optimize performance. 

  • Drive commercial reporting that translates data into actionable insight, with a clear focus on performance improvement and sales optimization. 

  • Have a forward-looking approach always trying to estimate risks and opportunities 

  • Identify and act on opportunities for trading, product, and content optimization. 

  • Champion best practices by sharing successful initiatives and proven commercial tactics 

  • Analyze trading performance to develop sharp, data-backed narratives and strategies that support online growth. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns and launches are commercially sound while balancing the brand experience 

 

What You’ll Bring 

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a sharp commercial mindset and a passion for digital commerce. You combine strong analytical skills with excellent communication and a natural flair for collaboration. 

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce trading, sales, business development or merchandising. 

  • Proven ability to translate data into insights and insights into action. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics. 

  • Experience working cross-functionally with regional and global stakeholders. 

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in eCommerce, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
