About the Role:

Pandora is on an exciting journey to transform Pandora.net, and we need a talented Ecommerce Analytics Specialist to join our Analytics & Insights team. As part of a new program focused on driving continuous improvements to our website experience, you will play a critical role in measuring the impact of feature releases and identifying opportunities to optimize the online experience.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams in Global Ecommerce, Marketing, Digital & Technology, and Data & Analytics to drive data-driven insights. You will analyze user behavior, engagement, and conversion trends to inform strategic decisions that directly impact Pandora's digital experience. Your work will be key in supporting the company's goal of generating +DKK 1B in additional revenue from this program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Impact Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses to assess the commercial and brand impact of new features on Pandora.net. Provide actionable insights to the relevant teams to drive improvements.
  • Optimization Opportunities: Identify and size opportunities for improvement by analyzing performance trends, leveraging data-driven methods to enhance the online experience.
  • Reporting & Insights: Develop clear, structured reports and presentations to track user behavior, engagement, and conversion trends, ensuring actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Global Ecommerce, Marketing, Digital & Technology, Data & Analytics, and local market teams to refine hypotheses, share findings, and support ongoing improvements.
  • Data Interpretation: Act as a trusted analytical resource to help stakeholders understand key data trends and their implications for business decisions.
  • Data-Informed Decision-Making: Deliver insights in a compelling way to enable teams to make informed choices that enhance Pandora’s online experience.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Commercial metrics on Pandora.net (e.g. revenue per visit, conversion rate, average order value)
  • Brand metrics on Pandora.net (e.g. Time on site)
  • Core KPIs tied to strategic programs

About You:

You are a highly analytical professional with a passion for digital value creation and ecommerce. You can translate complex data into meaningful insights and communicate them in a clear, structured manner. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working across various teams to drive actionable business outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, IT/Computer Science, or Data Science (Bachelor’s degree accepted with relevant experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce analytics, data science, or a related field
  • Strong ability to translate data into insights and optimize digital experiences
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics (ContentSquare experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), PowerBI or Tableau (a plus)
  • Experience with Jira & Confluence (a plus)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
