Web Specialist 

Are you passionate about ecommerce and wanting to create exciting omnichannel customer experiences in one of the largest global jewellery companies. If so this is the role you’re looking for.  

 

You will work for the Personalisation Director in the newly established Centre of Excellence working with the Personalisation Lead and alongside Email and Paid specialist counterparts to create omnichannel user cases that will eventually grow into the global teams.

 

You will work in the Personalisation CoE and gain best practice from the Web and Display team.  The Centre of Excellence aim to develop an ominichannel best in class experience including paid, email, online and in store.

 

The Role

  • The end-to-end responsibility for the web personalization process and the build for web journeys to launch in conjunction with the user roadmap with personalisation
  • End-to-end planning, development and supporting execution of global personalization
  • Creation of personalized and segmented experiences based on consumer behavior
  • Coordination with our Brand Dynamic Content Factory for content working and other channels as required for an omnichannel approach.
  • Build the omnichannel customer journeys through and working with Customer Audience team and other teams 
  • Working with necessary agencies and internal resources to ensure clear objectives and KPI’s are in place for each use case
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders outside Personalization CoE including global channels and Digital & Technology for Product Recommendations
  • Governance of processes and quality assurance of new features
  • Full tracking and reporting of outcomes and recommendations

 

Personal competencies

The use of case creation requires great collaboration skills as it involves alignment with a wider cross-functional group. It also requires a fair amount of technical ability to understand and navigate the marketing tools used for email send-outs.

 

  • Ability to work in an agile and fast paced, multiple project environment
  • Team player able to gain trust and respect from peers being considered  subject-matter expert and go-to person on audiences and segmentation
  • Deep-passion for understanding customer behaviour and associated data points turning these into targetable audience groups

 

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience working in an eCommerce or Website optimisation team
  • Technical hands on knowledge of CoreMedia, Monetate, SFRA or similar eCommerce platform and developing customer journeys with audience targeting
  • Hands-on experience in digital analytics tool such as Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare to set up tracking and reporting
  • Solid understanding of common web technologies html, css and javascript to support building the customer journeys
  • Deep understand of analytics and insights to ensure outcomes are measured successfully and test outcome confidence levels are obtained
  • Desirable but not a prerequisite Bachelors degree in a digital technology or marketing
  • Experience from a global organization, retail, or fashion industry is desired
  • Experience working with Bloomreach a nice to have, or similar CDP’s is desired

Soft Skills are a must for this job, you’ll need to be at ease working with the team in the Centre of Excellence and taking responsibility for your work

You enjoy working cross functionally with skilled colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

 

Ability to coordinate and liaise between a wide variety of stakeholders internally across Pandora and externally towards agencies identify roadblocks and assist in clearing them.
