Are you passionate about e-commerce and wanting to create exciting website and omnichannel customer experiences in one of the largest global jewellery companies? If so, this is the role you’re looking for.   
You will work within the well-established Personalisation Centre of Excellence, collaborating with the Personalisation Lead and alongside the email specialist and marketing analyst counterparts to create omnichannel use cases that will (if successful) be scaled globally. 

 

This role is an interim contract for 10 months.


The Centre of Excellence aim to develop an omnichannel personalised experience, including paid, email, online and in-store.

 

The Role


As web specialist, you will have responsibility for:


The end-to-end responsibility for the web personalisation process of testing new personalized journeys;

 

  • Ideation of personalized and segmented experiences based on consumer behavior insights
  • End-to-end planning, development and supporting execution of tests on the web channel
  • Instructing the marketing analyst on anaylitics deeps dive pre and post testing
  • Working with necessary agencies and internal resources to ensure clear objectives and KPI’s are in place for each use case
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders outside Personalization CoE including global channels, Digital & Technology, local markets
  • Governance of the web testing processes and quality assurance of new experiences (QA)


Personal competencies


The use case creation requires great collaboration skills as it involves alignment with a wider cross-functional group. It also requires a fair amount of technical ability to understand and navigate the marketing tools used for web testing.


•    Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced, multiple project environment
•    Team player able to gain trust and respect from peers being considered  subject-matter expert and go-to person on website testing and personalisation
•    Deep-passion for understanding customer behaviour and associated data points turning these into testing hypothesis

 

Job Requirements


•    3-5 years experience working in an eCommerce/Website optimisation or personalisation team
•    Technical hands-on knowledge of Monetate, DY or similar testing platform + developing customer journeys with audience targeting (CDPs)
•    Hands-on experience in digital analytics tool such as Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare

•    Solid understanding of common web technologies html, css and javascript to support building the customer journeys

•    Deep understand of analytics and insights to ensure outcomes are measured successfully and test outcome confidence levels are obtained
•    Desirable but not a prerequisite Bachelors degree in a digital technology or marketing, with good understanding of basic statistical concepts that applies to testing;

•    Experience from a global organization, retail, or fashion industry is preferred;

•    Experience working with Bloomreach is a great bonus

  • Soft Skills are a must for this job, you’ll need to be at ease working with the team in the Centre of Excellence and taking responsibility for your work.
  • You enjoy working cross-functionally with skilled colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to coordinate and liaise between a wide variety of stakeholders internally across Pandora and externally towards agencies, identify roadblocks and assist in clearing them.

 

Additional information  
The role sits within the Pandora Global Marketing Office in Copenhagen, Denmark.  You will be reporting into the Personalisation Manager.
