Contract and Vendor Manager – Infrastructure & Telecommunications

We are strengthening our Global Procurement team by adding a Contract and Vendor Manager focused on the Infrastructure and Telecommunications category. We are looking for our new team member who is a self-motivated, result-oriented mature professional with a sense of humor, well-developed team-spirit and an ability to motivate others to deliver results.

 

The Contract and Vendor Manager reports to the Director of Procurement, Digital and Technology, and is responsible for the strategic and operational management of Infrastructure and Telecommunications, outsourcing contracts including sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship management. Your efforts will directly support business continuity, innovation, and commercial efficiency by ensuring a consistent, scalable, and compliant vendor landscape.

 

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Infrastructure, Telecommunications, and Outsourcing contracts across sourcing, contracting, and vendor governance.
  • Driving standardization and consolidation of telecom, infrastructure and outsourcing services globally.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key global vendors.
  • Conducting regular business reviews and performance assessments with strategic vendors.
  • Leading RFx processes in accordance with procurement policy and business needs.
  • Identifying and delivering cost-saving and value creation opportunities.
  • Leading end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including negotiations and renewals.
  • Ensuring all contractual agreements meet internal compliance standards and legal requirements.
  • Collaborating with Legal, Finance and the Tech and Digital team whenever relevant.
  • Ensuring alignment of vendor landscape with business strategy, scalability, and compliance needs.

 

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Minimum 5 years of global business experience in contract and vendor management, preferably within IT infrastructure and or telecommunications.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, contract law and commercial negotiations.
  • Ability to lead complex RFPs and manage the full contract lifecycle.
  • Experience working with global vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on standardization, consolidation, and long-term value.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Contract and Vendor Management team is a close-knit team of 8 members that covers the full life-circle of Pandora Tech and Digital vendors and aims at achieving the best possible vendor performance in tune with cost optimization and transparency in Pandora’s vendor landscape.
