Are you ready to lead the transformation of retail excellence at Pandora? We seek a visionary Vice President, Retail Excellence & Consumer Experience, to shape the future of our global store experience and drive impactful change in our consumer engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to define our retail strategy and enhance the consumer journey in our stores. 


Position: Vice President, Retail Excellence & Consumer Experience (Global Career Band 2)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark 


Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Leadership: Drive the Retail Excellence agenda globally, ensuring our in-store experience aligns with our brand values and product strategy. 

Productivity: Drive the strategic vision for further elevating and optimizing labor productivity efficiency and designing and establishing best in class global retail standards.  

Retail Training: Lead the Retail Training agenda across Store Managers, Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), and District Sales Managers (DSMs) 

Retail Operations: Drive and optimize Front of House and Back of House processes globally 

Store Concepts: Implement new store concepts and optimize existing ones.  

Consumer Experience: Develop new services and initiatives to enhance consumer experience and profitability. 

Digital Retail Experience: Lead and drive digital retail initiatives to improve both customer and employee experience.
