As VP of PR & Influencers, you will lead the global PR and influencer strategy for the world’s largest jewellery brand. This role is responsible for shaping and executing breakthrough earned media strategies, amplifying Pandora’s presence in culture, and building world-class influencer and media partnerships that drive brand awareness, desirability, and business impact. Driving the brand’s presence in cultural moments, you will step-change earned media results and accelerate awareness and relevance.

 

Managing a team of 12-14 professionals, you will oversee the global strategy, execution of consumer-facing PR, and influencer initiatives, ensuring an increase in brand relevance and consideration. 

You will support the long-range business plan, complemented by annual programs, plans, and directives. You will enable regional and local marketing teams with the tools and support needed to drive in-market results based on well-defined KPIs. In addition, the role involves managing critical external relationships with on- and offline media platforms, editors-in-chief, and celebrities, developing strategic partnerships to amplify Pandora’s brand voice. In essence, this role will spearhead global PR and influencer activities as a critical enabler of both short- and long-term business success and brand value. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
As VP of PR & Influencer Marketing, you will: 

  • Develop and drive a global earned media strategy, aligning with Pandora’s corporate vision and brand equity objectives. 

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of 12-14 PR and influencer professionals, fostering creativity, collaboration, and excellence. 

  • Define global PR and influencer KPIs, enabling regional market teams to execute impactful, results-driven campaigns. 

  • Manage external PR and influencer agencies, ensuring best-in-class strategic execution and innovation. 

  • Support the Pandora brand platform, product launches, and strategic collaborations through original programming, activations, and world-class (“I dream of attending”) events. 

  • Supervise and cultivate all influencer and celebrity relationships – developing an important network of ambassadors and “friends of the house.” 

  • Partner with Vice President of Paid Media as well as external editors-in-chief of key media outlets to maximize editorial opportunities based on investments.  

  • Engage with Pandora leaders of marketing channels to ensure PR and Influencer activities are represented across brand channels. 

  • Align consumer-facing public relations and influencer work with investor relations and corporate affairs teams. 

  • Establish a framework for tracking and reporting earned media results across PR and influencer activities against established KPIs. 
     

What is needed to succeed 
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in a global brand with a strong cultural presence and a rapidly growing influence in the fashion and jewellery industry. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader with: 

  • 15+ years of experience in PR and influencer marketing, ideally within the beauty, fashion, retail, or FMCG industry. 

  • Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams. 

  • Strong relationships with key media and influencer communities worldwide. 

  • A visionary approach to PR and influencer marketing, with a track record of creating breakthrough campaigns. 

  • A mix of global and local market experience, understanding both high-level strategy and on-the-ground execution. 

  • Fluency in all media platforms, from traditional press to digital and social media. 

  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. 

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written). 

  • A Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
