This is a pivotal role in shaping and leading Pandora’s global logistics and distribution strategy across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will drive operational excellence, champion innovation, and ensure a world-class customer experience across both B2B and B2C channels. As a key member of the Global Retail & Operations leadership team, you will influence strategic decisions and lead transformative initiatives aligned with our Pandora Phoenix Strategy.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in global supply chain management, a strong track record of leading high-performing teams, and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Transformation

Lead global logistics and distribution operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with corporate strategy.

Drive strategic initiatives including supply chain optimization, omni-channel integration, and global expansion.

Champion the adoption of innovative technologies such as automation and AI to enhance logistics capabilities.
Operational Excellence

Oversee BtB and BtC distribution across all regions, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Implement advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Lead sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and promote responsible logistics practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with internal stakeholders including Digital & Tech, Global E-commerce, Merchandise, Finance, and Sustainability.

Build strong relationships with external logistics partners, suppliers, and BtB customers to ensure seamless operations.
Leadership & Influence

Lead and develop a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Influence at the highest levels of the organization, providing strategic insights and driving alignment across functions.
Skills & Experience Required:

8+ years of senior leadership experience in global logistics and distribution, preferably within retail, fashion, or FMCG.

Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation and innovation initiatives.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing large-scale OPEX budgets (P&L responsibility exceeding 1BN DKK).

Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams in a global context.
