Treasury Manager

As Treasury Manager, you will play an important role in optimizing Working Capital while optimizing the targeted capital structure and improving the risk management setup. You will report to our newly appointed, talented and experienced Head of Treasury, who starts in Pandora 1st of October 2022. 
As the Treasury Manager, you will be part of a truly global organization and get broad exposure to all aspects within the Treasury area, from funding and share buyback execution to FX trading and working capital, while making a significant impact as you drive strategic projects supporting Pandora’s Treasury journey in becoming best-in-class. 
Treasury wants to be a trusted strategic business partner - ensuring the infrastructure to achieve operational and reporting excellence. You will have interactions with senior managers all the way up to Executive Management as well as having a close commercial dialogue with the sales subsidiaries in the Americas, Europe and APAC. 
As you grow in the role, there will be opportunities to advance into other roles – in Copenhagen or in one of our nine global clusters. There will be a clear internal career path allowing you to take the next step in your professional career within Treasury.
On a daily basis, you will run projects and get ownership of tasks related to:

  • Optimize the cash positions by improving the working capital position and implement our Supply Chain Finance program globally 
  • Support managing the long term funding structure
  • Support the capital structure including the execution of share buyback programs
  • Our financial risk framework and management reporting  
  • Drive continuous improvements of the process and system landscape within Treasury (Integrity and data warehouse)
  • Drive strategic treasury projects
  • Be a trusted business partner


We are looking for an ambitious performance-oriented person with a can-do attitude and the ability to influence and challenge the current setup. We will support you in growing as a Treasury professional while assuring that you get your own responsibility areas from day one.  

The position requires the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and experience within financial risk management reporting, working capital, liquidity management is an advantage but not a requirement.
We imagine that you have:

  • 3-7 years’ experience in Corporate Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking, Treasury consultancy, or similar. 
  • Hold a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is required)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets and present results in a similar format. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with VBA and Power BI is an advantage

Your new team: 
You will become part of an impactful team of four, responsible for the financial risk management, funding- and cash management structure as well as the relationship with Pandora’s relationship banks. The team is in daily contact with our stakeholders globally, exposed to the Executive Management Team, and has a high-level impact in Pandora. The working interfaces are broad, spanning across the whole value chain from production and product development to sales and reporting. The position will report to our newly appointed and seasoned Head of Treasury who starts in Pandora 1st of October 2022.
Additional information: 
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Candidates should be willing to travel approximately 5-10 days a year.
