We are in search of a dynamic Transformation Programme Lead to join our passionate team of Operating model transformation coaches guiding our organisation in ways of working to fully adapt agile and DevOps across the organisation. 

 

Your Role:

As a Transformation Programme Lead in the global Digital & Technology function, you will be the driving force behind our internal transformation. Your role encompasses designing a transformation roadmap and building a governance structure for progress reporting, decision making as well as measuring the success across our tech domains, when it comes to our operating model transformation and our ways of working.

In addition to this, you will help to amplifying the overall transformation narrative, communicating, and celebrating the internal transformation milestones as well as oversee our onboarding program for new employees.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and align the internal transformation activities across domains into an integrated, future-focused roadmap.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work hand in hand with leaders in our Tech domains and the transformation coaches to define objectives, key results, and timelines of the internal transformation activities per Tech domain.
  • Domain Expertise: Coordinate to alignment with Tech domain specific goals, plans, and progress.
  • Transparency: Provide clear and transparent updates of the progress of the internal transformation to senior stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven: Measure and track progress, oversee regular maturity assessments of Agile & DevOps ways of working and tooling adaption, and deliver insightful, data-driven reporting.
  • Inspiration and Celebration: Drive engagement to communicate and celebrate achievements of the internal transformation achievements in the organisation.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Shape and orchestrate a world-class online onboarding program for our new employees in the global Digital & Technology function.

 

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in a relevant field.
  • Several years of experience in leading internal transformation, preferably in tech or digital domains.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate complex transformation activities.
  • An inspiring and influential leadership style.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in project management, change management, engagement strategies, and communication planning.
  • Certification in program management or change management is a plus.
