Connector Between Business Needs and Technology 

As a Transformation & Product Manager, you’ll join Pandora’s Global Supply Chain organization as part of the Supply Chain Excellence team, where you will be leading the Transformation Team. This dynamic group is made up of driven, fun and collaborative individuals dedicated to transforming how we plan and deliver. 

 

You’ll play a key role in Pandora’s HERO program, which is implementing a world-class planning solution. From building blueprints to implementation, you will ensure that the business needs of our global supply chain are met and that our processes and tools are optimized for the future. 

 

In this role, you’ll be the voice of the business, analyzing needs and translating them into actionable roadmaps. You’ll prioritize and manage backlogs, collaborate with Digital & Tech teams, and drive enhancements to both current and future planning systems. 

As a key member of the Integrated Planning Leadership Team, you will work closely with the teams spanning from our Crafting & Supply in Thailand, to our Global Merchandising and Digital & Tech colleagues. You’ll be in charge of orchestrating strong alignments across multiple stakeholders on complex and ambiguous topics. Within Global Supply Chain, you will also work cross-functionally with our Jewelry Supply Chain team and Point of Sales Materials Supply Chain team,  ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. With your strong stakeholder management skills, you’ll confidently guide discussions, propose solutions, and lead change efforts that leave a lasting impact on Pandora. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the vision, roadmap, and backlog for Pandora’s end-to-end planning transformation. 

  • Act as Product Manager for inventory, supply, and master planning tools. 

  • Collaborate with agile teams to stabilize existing systems while implementing new solutions. 

  • Drive cross-functional forums, engaging SMEs, superusers, and change agents. 

  • Identify user pain points, map improvement opportunities, and deliver solutions. 

  • Work closely with Digital & Tech teams to optimize system setups. 

  • Lead a team of Supply Chain Consultants and mentor a PhD student on supply chain improvements. 

  • Facilitate training, onboarding, and communication within the user community. 

  

What We’re Looking For 

To succeed in this role, you are an experienced manager who is proactive and results-driven, with a passion for supply chain transformations and development of people and teams. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a calm and focused demeanor while navigating challenges and making critical decisions. A strong communicator and collaborative leader, you excel at solving complex problems, inspiring teams, and driving meaningful change in dynamic, high-pressure situations. 

You’ll bring: 

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or planning processes. 

  • Expertise in planning solutions (e.g. o9, Logility) and system design. 

  • Experience working with Agile frameworks and roadmaps. 

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills. 

  • A Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or similar. 

Additionally: 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence is a plus. 

  • Comfortable with occasional travel (10–15 days/year).
