Project Manager, Technology in Global SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation

 

In this Digital & Technology role, you will play a key role in orchestrating and driving delivery in the technology track of the business Transformation Program SAP S/4 HANA. You will engage with many areas in the technology organization like infrastructure, integration, cloud, domain and solution architecture as well as data and analytics and lead delivery of the different tracks.

 

 

Key accountabilities include:

  • Agrees project approach with stakeholders, and prepares realistic project plans (including quality, risk and communications plans) and tracks activities against the project schedule, managing stakeholder involvement as appropriate.
  • Takes responsibility for the ensuring definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of projects together with the project and technology team
  • Identifies, assesses and manages risks and dependencies to the success of the project
  • Applies appropriate project management methods and tools in plan-driven approaches or adaptive iterative/agile approaches
  • Monitors costs, timescales and resources used, and takes action where these deviate from agreed tolerances.
  • Measure and report on risks, actions, progress, outcome and results to programme standards

 

What is needed to succeed

  • 4+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with technology transformation program with a high degree of dependencies.
  • SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is a strong plus.
  • Naturally proactive and independent problem-solver with history of driving projects and dependency management, including risk assessment.
  • Being comfortable working with short lead-time, change management and fast paced environments.
  • Shows resilience and patience to build up structures and maturity within a matrixed organization.  
  • Bring positive and proactive mindset with an intrinsic motivation.
  • Demonstrate a true team-player that stripes for the accomplishment of common goals
  • Proficient spoken and written command of English; Danish speaking is a plus but not mandatory
