As a Recruitment Manager, you will support our Digital & Technology Talent Acquisition team by filling key digital and technology vacancies across various areas (Core Technology, IT Operations and Cyber Security) our global office based in Copenhagen Denmark, as well as other geographic locations. Additionally you well collaborate as a talent partner with our HR and our broader Global TA Team to drive various strategic initiatives and projects (Employer Branding, Training, etc) and mentor, coach and guide 2-3 Global Recruiters. This role will partner with Recruitment Managers supporting other departments within Digital & Tech, reporting in to the Director. 

 

 

Your Role as an Tech Recruitment Manager:
 

  • Build deep partnerships with hiring managers across departments and regions to understand business needs, technical requirement and team dynamics while providing high quality consultation on recruitment strategies and challenges
  • Support local offices and broader TA team with projects related to Employer Branding, Candidate Experience and local recruitment fairs/hackathons
  • Define and execute active-sourcing recruitment strategies aimed at attracting passive candidates and maintaining a strong ongoing pipeline of top talent for multiple
  • Gather and present data, metrics and analysis on industry specific market conditions, trends and job seeker behaviour to Talent Acquisition team in order to further improve sourcing strategy and methods
  • Build plan and lead activities to engage employees and increase the company culture based on values
  • Actively source passive talent through various sources (Linkedin Recruiter, networking, referrals, research and other creative methods)
  • Capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment with high job requisition demand and strong commitment to improving processes and time to hire
  • Market mapping and talent pooling
  • Process review and implementation of process changes utilising data
  • Use data to drive business decisions and changes
  • Manage 1-2 experienced recruiters
  • Ensuring KPI’s on hires are reached within the vertical
  • Advocating and driving what good looks like across the recruitment arena individually and as a team

 

What is needed to succeed: 
 

  • 6+ years of experience of Technical Sourcing/Recruitment experience with an IT/Tech related industry is essential
  • Previous experience mentoring and managing small team
  • Experience partnering with other recruitment managers on strategic initiatives
  • Experience of recruiting engineering roles within an international organisation
  • Experience building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships and consulting senior management Excellent demonstrated knowledge of TA and recruitments best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and most importantly positive attitude and high energy!
  • Experience in developing reports and metrics to create a clear picture on recruitment activity for senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing high recruiting volumes working with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive in approach
  • Strong communication skills, fluency in English is required both written and verbal
  • Previous experience using ATS systems – Success Factors is preferred but not required
