Team Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Team Co-ordinator to join our Global Product team in Copenhagen!

 

As an internal team support, you will be responsible for supporting the Chief Product Officer, the Strategy & Planning function as well as the wider Global Product team by providing administrative support to allow for the most effective use of time. You will also lead additional miscellaneous projects to support the internal team.

 

You should be able to demonstrate strong proficiency with key role competencies including management of multiple tasks, strong ability to prioritize and coordinate and cross-team collaboration abilities.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Administrative support for our Chief Product Officer (inc. travel booking, expense handling, calendar management etc.)
  • Administrative support for our Global Product Strategy & Planning function
  • Manage various administrative tasks related to the internal Global Product team (planning team events/team meetings etc.).

 

Additional information:

There are no travel days required for the job.

 

Professional qualifications:

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office programmes with proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel
  • Fluent in written and oral English
  • Experience from similar position is an advantage (i.e. Personal Assistant, Office Assistant, Project Assistant etc.)

  • You work structured and effectively.
  • Detail oriented without losing the big picture.
  • Ability to independently conduct tasks and take initiative.
  • Team player that embrace change and is energised by being part of a dynamic and rapidly developing business.
  • Comfortable and excelling in fast paced environment 
  • Strong ability to coordinate, communicate and collaborate in a professional and efficient way
  • Able to navigate in an executive environment – confident and prudent in interaction with stakeholders at all levels
