Talent Acquisition Manager, Global Office

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Office Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts for all vacancies at Pandora's global office in Copenhagen. This role is critical in ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain top talent to support our business objectives and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape.
Some of your key accountabilities will be:

Lead and manage a 10+ recruiters team, located in Copenhagen, who source and hire roles across all functions. Mentor the team, providing guidance, development conversations and support to ensure their success.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, up to shortlisting

Collaborate with HRBPs, Hiring Managers and Department Heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

Ensure high performance standards are met and consistent delivery in team’s KPIs in a high volume, fast-paced environment

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Promote Pandora's employer brand and values to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
To succeed in this role, you possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels. You have an enterprise mindset and can leverage your experience to work effectively with our HRC&S Community and our hiring managers in the Copenhagen Global Office.
In addition to being a thought leader you will have a hands-on approach to effectively manage and successfully run recruitment operations to reach the Time to Offer, Job per Recruiter, Satisfaction metrics etc.

Your background should include:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field

At least 10 years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global or multinational company

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
-
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Your New Team
You will report to the VP, Talent and be part of the Global Talent Leadership Team.
You will manage a team of highly talented Global Office Recruiters, a very cohesive and outstanding team of professionals extremely skilled in Talent Acquisition.

This job is based in Copenhagen. Collaboration is key for us and sharing work location has united us as a team, we therefore expect you to live in Denmark and work in our Copenhagen Office.
