About the Team:

 

As part of expanding the Pandora’s Digital & Technology organization in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Student Assistant to join our recently established Portfolio & Planning team where you will work with your colleagues to manage and support the processes governing the Digital & Technology portfolio of initiatives. Currently, our portfolio consists of initiatives delivered within our Agile setup and of initiatives delivered as Waterfall projects – the Portfolio & Planning team supports them all.

 

As a Student Assistant in our team, you will have dedicated responsibilities within the Portfolio & Planning area where you will support the team and our work.

You will work directly with our Delivery Managers, various Subject Matter Experts, the Agile Center of Excellence, and leads from various teams within Digital & Technology to ensure transparency on delivery health and outcomes.

The position is expected to be approx. 15-20 hours per week, considering the workload of your studies.

 

Your Role as a Student Assistant:

  • Perform data analytics on the Digital & Technology portfolio and its initiatives and projects
  • Be responsible for application support of the teams’ processes, currently through ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet and Miro
  • Document processes and meetings
  • Development and administration of Teams sites related to Portfolio Management
  • Participate ad hoc in “change work” supporting and collaborating with the team members on prioritised development areas
  • Time registration across Digital & Technology: support the roll- out of our new time registration process, support the process going forward, follow up on time registrations, reporting related to time registration for Finance and other stakeholders, and interaction with the Delivery Managers on time registration matters
  • Other ad hoc tasks supporting the team


What is needed to succeed: 

  • A structured, detail oriented, and diligent way of working
  • A highly motivated and self-starter approach to tasks with focus on efficiency and effectiveness
  • An open and easy-going approach to your colleagues and your work tasks
  • Insights into project management and agile methodologies
  • Technical affinity and interest
  • Interest in data analytics and dashboard generation
  • Advanced skills in MS office, particularly Excel and Power Point
  • Flair or interest for analysis and/or communication
  • Keen interest in understanding and optimizing processes
  • Flexibility concerning workhours, preferably we would like to see you 2 days at the office per week
  • Adaptable in a fast paced and ever-changing environment

 

Preferable if you have one or more of the following:

  • Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
  • Experience working with Power BI
