Student Assistant, Cross Channel Engagement

Pandora is looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join our Cross-Channel Engagement team in Copenhagen. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and technology, data-driven decision-making, and global consumer engagement strategies.
As a Student Assistant in the CCT team, you will play a vital role in creating personalized experiences across multiple channels learning how technology and creativity come together to deliver exceptional consumer journeys. You’ll work closely with global stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations that enable Pandora to deliver personalized experiences to millions of customers worldwide. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure and creativity, enjoys working with digital tools, and wants to learn how technology drives marketing in a global brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep projects on track by managing timelines, notes, and documentation.
- Support marketing tech tests and ensure smooth execution.
- Manage global marketing taxonomy to enable personalized campaigns.
- Maintain and update digital platforms like SharePoint and Confluence.
- Create clear, impactful presentations and reports for decision-making.
- Collaborate across different teams to deliver seamless consumer experiences.
Qualifications
- Currently in your 3rd year of Bachelor or 1st year of Master, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) is essential; experience with Jira, Confluence, CRM tools is a plus.
- Interest in digital marketing, consumer engagement, and data-driven insights.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Additional Information
- You are expected to work 15–20 hours per week.
